Order Roof Inspection

Why Order a Roof Inspection Report?

Are you a real estate agent, a buyer or seller and would like to know the real condition of a property’s roof? Then you will want to order a roof inspection report that both buyers and sellers can use which fully discloses the roof’s current condition. Full disclosure of the property’s condition is required in a real estate sale. A Home Inspection does not give full disclosure of a roof’s condition; it is simply an overview, with no guarantee of accuracy. To have full disclosure, the roof must be inspected by a licensed roofing professional.

A Successful Roof Inspection Order

If you have properly completed our Roof Inspection Request Form, you will receive the following confirmation on your screen “Success! Your roof inspection request has been successfully received. Thank you.” If you did not receive this confirmation, please try again or fill-in and send back our PDF Roof Inspection Order Form.

Inspection Times

After the inspection is paid, we will schedule an inspection day with you. Normally, it is not necessary for anyone to be at the property during our inspection. The inspection is done from the roof top & we do not need to go inside the house unless there is a leak and/or ceiling spot inside the house. If you need a specific inspection time frame, or have “contingencies,” please let us know on the “Additional Notes” section of the inspection order form.
